Company History
Elite Financial Group is the fourth generation of Richard Barkett's lending companies - the first company was created in 1987 along with several partners. Over the past twenty plus years, these companies excelled in land development, construction and rehab commercial project financing. Throughout this period, Richard Barkett successfully funded in excess of $450 million in loans.
Elite was formed to re-focus the business toward higher asset liquidity and lower risk exposure to market correction. Aside from Elite’s experienced management team, the core strength of Elite resides in its loyal investors and borrowers. Many of the current customers have been investing and borrowing with Elite's principals since 1987 – a testament to the success and integrity of the Elite's team.
