Elite Financial Group, LLC - a specialty finance company who originates and services investment real estate loans - has both an investment side and lending side to the business. On the investment side, Elite provides a means for individuals, businesses, investment groups and corporate lenders (“Investors”) to safely and steadily grow their funds year after year in a virtually risk free environment.

Investor funds are assigned to specific investment real estate notes and in return, Investors receive a fixed annual return on their investment that comes in the form of a monthly interest payment. There are no fees or commissions charged to Elite’s Investors. Every investment is secured by a First Deed of Trust Note position and as a servicing agent, Elite guarantees all principal and interest payments to Investors.

On the lending side, Elite Financial Group provides immediate answers to its borrowers while specializing in expedient loan analysis processing and equity based loan structuring. As traditional bank financing continues to grow more complex and burdened with regulatory red tape, Elite has developed underwriting criteria and procedures that accommodate the industry with flexibility and speed.

Elite’s experienced founders provide funding solutions that oblige each borrower’s unique set of circumstances. By concentrating in Virginia, West Virginia, Washington DC and Maryland, Elite is often able to fund loans in as little as 5 business days of the borrower signing a letter of interest.
