In case you have not heard, HUD announced this week that starting February 1, 2010, they will waive the 90 day flipping rule. HUD will now allow for a property that is being flipped in less than 90 days to secure FHA financing. The implication is that for property flippers, this will drastically increase the number of potential buyers. Please refer to HUD’s press release for further details.
